When Sailor Chibi Chibi first came to Earth, it didn't seem like anything she had to do with the series would be irrelevant. She didn't talk without mimicking someone else and Ikuko Mama babied her. She soon became a very important aspect of the series. She likes to eat and carries around an umbrella that she uses to charm people with. It turns out that she can talk and was very powerful when she transformed into Sailor Chibi Chibi. Later, when they were fighting Galexia, she transformed into Sailor Cosmos, her true form. She explained that she was too frightened to fight at the time so she changed into Sailor Chibi Chibi to get away from it all. Chibi Chibi is also Sailor Galexia's star seed.
